Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment in one of our courses. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness.

Cancellation by the Participant

  • You may cancel your enrollment by contacting us at least 7 days before the start of the course.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of the start of the course, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the course fee.

Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 15 days or more before the course start date.
  • Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
  • No refunds will be issued once the course has started.

Cancellation by NSPL RTC

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.
  • We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur as a result of the cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at nsplrtc@gmail.com with your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving your request.
