Today I\u2019m going to explain to you <strong>about types of internship and how can you select one that is best fit for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you already read my previous posts\nin which I explained about an internship but a summary is here before I go-to\ntypes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is an\ninternship?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An internship is a stage of work\nexposure offered by an organization. It is an opportunity offered by an\nemployer to people called interns, to work at the company for a fixed period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are the\nBenefits of Doing an Internship?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An internship is a hands-on approach\nto study new skills at a company or industry rather than in a classroom. The\ninternship is a great opportunity for graduates and postgraduates students <strong>who\nhave just passed out and are unable to find a job because of industry demand\nwork experience.<\/strong> Besides that, it is also recommended for high school\nstudents, recent high school graduates, college pursuing students, and even\nadults looking to explore a career transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;An internship should give you practical\nskills, workplace experience and more comprehensive knowledge of that industry,\nin exchange for the employer benefiting from your labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;Experience of working conditions on live projects of the company<\/li><li> Soft Skills Development <\/li><li> Personality Development <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After an\ninternship, you can get placement in the same company or in other companies\nbased upon work experience you gained during the internship because now you are\nno more a fresher<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to get the\nfull benefit of Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In any internship learning is the key.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an intern, originally, you\u2019ll have\nfurther to learn than to offer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take this opportunity to observe and\nlearn as much as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t be afraid to ask questions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Always be adaptable <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Real knowledge of the easiest of job\noffers for a great leader in the eventuality. With time, you will start taking\nmore engagement and be a lot more interested. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It\u2019s great to be\nproactive and take lead. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Different types\nof internships are;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Unpaid Internship<\/li><li> Paid Internship <\/li><li> Summer Internship <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Skills that can be utilized. Already\nacquired.&nbsp; Lawyer \u2013 laws. Training very\nless or no. in India people myth \u2013 find a company, 6 months continue training\nevery day, will take some work and end and will pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experience according to the career\ngoal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PAID INTERNSHIP\nVS UNPAID INTERNSHIP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A company can offer a paid internship\nif the intern already has soft skills as well as technical skills to do work\nfrom day one but not have any job experience. These skills maybe you got from\nyour education or some professional training. In this type of internship, the\ncompany may hire you to check your skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Internship stipend may be quiet less\nthan the regular salary of employees but it does not count in the internship\nperiod as it is much better to get work experience rather than waiting for some\ncompany that hires you directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t have technical skills or\nprofessional training in the field in which you are seeking a job, but you have\nsome very good soft skills and wanted to join the corporate world. The company\nwill offer you an unpaid internship in which the company will invest in you and\ncan give you complete training So, you can go with an unpaid internship which\nbenefits you to get professional knowledge and experience from the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether it is paid or unpaid, it does\nnot matter guys. What matters is whether you are getting work experience that\nis in alignment with your career goal or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company hires you for a paid\ninternship and they give you training regularly but gives you work that is not\nrelated to your career goal by any means. <strong>Leave that internship immediately<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The internship\ngoal is not money but good work experience to fetch higher jobs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Summer\nInternships-<\/strong> Many interns go\nfor internships programmed during their summer break; such kind of internship\noften referred to as summer internship. It normally lasts for one and a half or\ntwo months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During my training, I realized that\nthe Company had selected me for the Internship.&nbsp;\nI was so surprised knowing about my determination as an intern. I\ninformed my family and friends. There is nothing wrong with disclosing that you\nare an intern. The company offered me an unpaid internship. There is nothing to\nbe ashamed of, but as for me, it was more helpful to know what you do or how\nyou can help others.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Now, guys, you must think about your internship and ask me a question in the comments below.
