Good Evening\nEveryone! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am going\nto begin the subsequent part of the blog.  After taking the advice from my counselor I\nreached home. I illustrated all the details to my husband on phone and he was\nso delighted to know about my training. He believes that throughout my\ntraining, my interaction skills may be enhanced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before I introduce facts about internships, we need to talk about another topic which is Personal Development<\/strong>. Personal development has a huge role in our internship as well as in our regular life. You have to be very mindful of your attitude when it comes to personal development. Your attitude will decide your progress on your own personal development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal\nDevelopment is the process of self-education aimed at enhancing professional\nskills, employability, quality of life and self-discipline. In my training\nphase, I would be magnifying my\nindividual abilities in various fields<\/strong>. For anyone hoping to climb the\ncareer ladder or improve their sense of purpose, personal development is an\ninvaluable aspect of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the first\nday of my training,I had this feeling of nervousness before attending my first\nlecture. I was worried about students making fun of me and my background in the\nclassroom. What kind of students would I be facing in the classroom? But soon I\nrealized that all the students were from a similar background like me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were 2 students wanted to study abroad. There was another student, and her name was Raman. As I began to communicate and chat with her, I realized that we both were in similar situations. As she was also in transition to move in the USA with her husband. I realized that the time I have to wait for my immigration paperwork is more than enough time for me to learn new skills and concepts in the IT field using this course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I remember\none day our faculty told us about own development. Personal development does\nnot stop after graduation, but the years spent in college arecritical for\nindividual growth. Networking and participating in community events are great\nopportunities for personal growth and development.There are two kinds of\nmindsets: growth mindsets and fixed mindsets. Someone with a growth mindset is\nlikely to: welcome challenges and new things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Changing your\nmindset is not easy\u2014but it is one of the most powerful things you can do.\nLearning how to recognize a negative mindset is the first step. Once you do,\nyou will be empowered to make those changes and start seeking out the positive.\nDoing this can often turn your entire life around!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal\ndevelopment can be learned through trying new things, trial and error, failure,\nreflection and awareness of oneself. Personal development is important in\nhelping to learn, reflect, and realize your own potential. Learning how to\nlearn is a major obstacle to overcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Internship is a unique way of enhancing\npersonal development in short time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
